WWE looking to settle legal dispute over Stone Cold trademark with NFL player

WWE has been coping with a authorized dispute with Stone Chilly Jones LLC since September.

The corporate is owned by NFL participant, Kansas Metropolis Chiefs defensive deal with Chris Jones. WWE owns the trademark rights to “Stone Chilly Steve Austin”, and “Stone Chilly.”

“The events are actively engaged in negotiations for the settlement of this matter. World Wrestling Leisure, Inc. requests that this continuing be suspended for 30 days to permit the events to proceed their settlement efforts.”

If no settlement is made by January 15th then court docket proceedings will proceed.
