As anticipated, NJPW has secured its new tv deal in the USA.
On Thursday, the promotion confirmed that they are going to be airing a one-hour collection of programming on the The Roku Channel in the USA, Canada and the UK.
The primary episode will premiere on February 11th. Thus, each Thursday at 5 p.m. on The Roku Channel, a brand new episode will air and replays might be obtainable on-demand thereafter.
The Roku Channel will host a block of library content material, that includes key highlights from the 2020 NJPW catalogue, with potential for the introduction of extra historic content material sooner or later.
“Increasing the breadth and high quality of our programming has fueled The Roku Channel to one of many largest and quickest rising channels on our platform,” Ashley Hovey, Director of AVOD Progress, Roku mentioned. “Sports activities programming continues to be an essential class for our customers, and we’re very excited to companion with NJPW to place the world of professional wrestling on the fingertips of tens of millions of engaged customers on The Roku Channel.”
