Joey Ryan mentions Colt Cabana in harsh response to CM Punk

Joey Ryan took to Twitter earlier this week to notice that he has determined to dismiss his defamation lawsuit towards former ROH star Pelle Primeau. Ryan filed the multi-million greenback lawsuit final 12 months after “#SpeakingOut” allegations had been made towards him.

CM Punk responded to Ryan’s tweet by noting that he wished him to dismiss it with prejudice, which suggests Ryan can not pursue a lawsuit towards the unbiased wrestler because the statute of limitations haven’t expired.

Ryan has since responded to Punk by mentioning a lawsuit that pitted Punk and Colt Cabana towards WWE physician Chris Amann as a result of Punk’s feedback on Cabana’s “Artwork of Wrestling” podcast from November of 2014.

After this lawsuit, each Punk and Cabana filed lawsuits towards one another. Cabana sued Punk for breach of contract and fraud as he alleged that Punk made a promise to assist him along with his authorized payments through the lawsuit towards the WWE physician because the authorized payments can be “100% coated.” That didn’t occur.

In a response on the time, Punk filed a countersuit towards Colt Cabana. It has since been settled.
