WWE shocked followers on Friday by asserting that Chris Jericho can be showing on the April 11th version of Steve Austin’s Peacock present, Damaged Cranium Classes.

Shortly after the information was made, Sports activities Illustrated printed an interview with Austin, who detailed how this look by the AEW star took place.

Austin began out by recalling having a beer one evening after his Damaged Cranium Classes interview with The Undertaker had aired. Jericho reached out to him and praised the episode. Austin responded with some emojis then Jericho known as him.

They began speaking and Austin put over Jericho for the profession he’s had along with serving to out youthful expertise in AEW. He then texted Vince McMahon concerning the potential look.

“I stated, ‘I’d like to have you ever on the present.’ And he stated he’d like to do it, so I checked with Vince about it. I texted Vince and stated we had this badass concept about Jericho approaching the present,” Austin said. “Vince goes, ‘It’s cool. Go forward.’ However me and Vince don’t all the time do effectively with telephones and texts and all that, so I texted yet another time, ‘Are you positive it’s OK to have Chris Jericho on the present?’ Vince gave me the thumbs up, and Chris got here out to do the present.”
